Although the holidays are supposed to be the happiest time of year, for many of us they come with an extra amount of stress and pressure. Our panelists will discuss common stressors for all of us (financial, family, giving, time, pressure for perfection) and the unique stressors that come with being a law enforcement officer during this time (missing out on family/holiday events because of work, dealing with an increase in crowds, and continuing to see difficult calls). Our panelists include a psychologist, counselor, peer support expert, and an active LEO.
